Terms Of Service

GENERAL
By commissioning me, you have accepted these terms.
These rules applied for those who commissions my art.1. I have the right to decline any commission or request if at any point I feel uncomfortable, or feel I am unable to complete with my current capabilities or circumstances.
2. Some pieces may cost more than the original price listed due to complexity or detail of the piece or additional changes. This will be discussed during consultation and sketch process.
3. Do NOT copy, trace, adjust, edit, or repost the artwork you receive from me.
4. Credit is required with all use of my artwork. (Except for commercial, it's optional.)

.⋆｡⋆☂˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆.COMMUNICATION

OR you can email me [email protected].1. I will try to communicate the turn around times or any possible delay throughout my process, I ask for the same courtesy if you happen to know if you will be unavailable.
2. I will update my list on my 'Work List' (check my page).
3. Expect the timeline/ duration of the commission estimated to be anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks depending on your commission.
4. Just a heads-up! Please message me if I haven't replied for 3 week. (I will try to constantly check my message.)
5. Unpaid starting proposals/invoices will be archived/terminated after 30 days of no payment or communication of a future payment. If you are no longer needing my services, please have the courtesy of letting me know, so I can update my list.

1. Payment is preferably required in full up front before beginning the piece.
2. Payment Plans can be discussed with larger commissions.ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Only for USD / MYR charge.

+ ADDITIONAL DETAILS ($5-35 Depending on the type of commissions.)
(BACKGROUNDS, MINOR DETAILS ETC;)
EXTRA CHARACTER (Max. 3 Characters) ($10-15)

Revision can be done a few times during the sketch process. However, after that can only being done once or twice before the coloring process begin. Please use them wisely on the sketch part.

.⋆｡⋆☂˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. If you by chance need to reduce the delivery days, an additional charge will be added on to your price/invoice.
2. Rush fees are calculated on how fast you need it and how many people are in the queue. Rates are subject to change.
3. The limit of rush days usually depends on the commission. (No further than 3 days below.)

All standard commissions are for personal use only.Commercial use is not permitted unless specifically stated.Personal: You MAY use art that I have created for you as overlays, as reactive PNG's, icons, personal banners that are not for profits. Credit is needed. Commercial: You can use art for commercial brandings (ex: thumbnails, banners for brand - website, logo etc;), merch (stickers, shirts, etc.) or anything for profit. Credit is not needed but appreciated if mentioned.

.⋆｡⋆☂˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. Full commercial rights are not always included in a given price unless I state it on discussion.
2. Full rights fee varies and may be subject to change. (Please discuss with me)
3. All illustrated pieces will have my signature on them unless commercial only. (Note: Please make sure to tick on 'Commercial' box in the request form.)
4. The Artist (@maibunzy) has all rights to post work on her portfolio regardless of full rights fee being paid by client.
5. Under no circumstances is it ok to use my art in/for AI Art or NFTs.
6. For NDA, please discuss with me after requesting.

.⋆｡⋆☂˚｡⋆｡˚☽˚｡⋆.REFUNDS
Refunds can be returned at 100% if I have NOT already started on the piece. I will cancel the order.
There is absolutely no refund for work I have started the sketch for.DO NOT DO CHARGEBACKS.
